* إنشاء الإدخالات اليومية
* متابعة إيصالات مندوبي المبيعات وتحصيلاتها من العملاء
* متابعة وتدقيق الخصومات النقدية الواردة من العملاء
* متابعة حسابات مندوبي المبيعات بشكل عام ومراجعة بيان التقادم بشكل دوري
* إعداد كشوف المرتبات الشهرية ومتابعة أيام إجازات الموظفين
* إعداد التسويات النقدية (نقاط البيع) لمخازن الشركة
* التسويات اليومية لحساب البنوك
* استلام التحصيلات النقدية من مندوبي المبيعات وإعداد النقد والشيكات اليومية
